Urat is the leader of the network of companies of the Visit & Taste Lake Trasimeno project.

Starting from the assumption that Trasimeno is a "system", it is necessary to bring out the perfect interaction between care of the territory, proposal of local productions and hospitality.

The synergy between accommodation and catering facilities and typical products is summarized in an integrated proposal with Trasimeno farms.

The companies of the network are Giardini SpA since 1952 boasts an experience gained in the attention to the quality of raw materials, all controlled and many km0 that promotes producing craft beers with the ingredients of the lake territory beans, barley and honey; Azienda Agricola Bittarelli Educational Farm and Agri Ristoro where both children and participants of the tastings are told the history of the territory by presenting the products grown with passion, Azienda Agricola Baldeschi that produces with passion an award-winning extra virgin olive oil.

Among the latest products, Malù EVO oil was born by combining a selection of oils from the Frantoio, Leccino and Borgiona, the Cantina DUCA DELLA CORGNA  is the result of the efforts of the winemakers of the coastal municipalities of Lake Trasimeno, and is today one of the most important Umbrian wineries has managed to enhance the Trasimeno Gamay (or Gamay Perugino) with absolutely flattering results.

La Casa di Campagna spread over 7 hectares of land among olive groves, woods and pastures overlooking the lake with wild fruits such as asparagus, country herbs, elderberry and rose hips provide excellent raw materials for particular and unusual preparations enhanced by the culinary skills of the owner Mara Sciarma.

The activities carried out within the project were preceded by analysis, market research and the preparation of a feasibility study concerning the specific outlet markets, with the collaboration of PromoExport.

From the synergy we expect an optimization of costs and greater effectiveness in the presentation of the territory.

The development of web marketing activities and coordination of product promotion in collaboration with the Dutch representative IDEM SERVIZITALIA, took place by the Studio HELIOS.
